A Closer Look – The Package

A Closer Look – The Headset

The Connectland CM-370 comes in a black color with details coming in orange which is in fact quite eye-candy. The body is well made and the headphone ends can fold, giving the user the opportunity to save some space.

While the foam material used for the headphone covers is not something special, it is quite soft and is designed so that the headset can be used for a long time without tiring the user.

The connector for the microphone is on one of the headphones. Actually the detachable microphone is a nice feature to have, as you can remove it when you do not want it.

The headsets straps are also adjustable and long enough to fit any skull.

At the top of the headset there is a nice protective foam cover to protect the skull upon contact.

The detachable mic is quite small and stylish, and can be easily removed using the 3.5”mm  connector.

The headset uses the standard 3.5” mm connector standard for both the microphone and the headphones. There is also a volume control unit.

Performance and Verdict

We tested the Connectland CM-370 in gaming, music and voice chatting. Generally the sound was crisp and the quality the headset offered was way above average for their price. There was no distortion at all, although we would prefer a little deeper bass and maybe a higher volume limit. Voice chatting was also a nice experience. During gaming, while the sound was not something special, it offered a good feeling of the action, especially in FPS games. The headset felt lightweight at our head and we could use it for a long time without getting tired. Costing around 10 euros in Europe, they are a good deal and totally worth the money.

(+) Good sound quality for price
(+) Detachable mic

(+) Comfortable

(-) None

Thus, we give the Connectland CM-370 a rating of 8.0/10 and our Value For Money Award.
