A Closer Look –
The Yuin PK3 comes in a simple white colored box with Yuin graphics. Inside it we find a wooden grey box, in which we can find all the contents, which are nicely protected using foam material.
Also included is a plastic case for carrying the ear phones, which is very nice of Yuin to include, as it gives the earphones a classy touch.
A 14mm stereo phone adapter plug and a specification paper for Yuin models is also included.
The earphones look carefully designed and they do not feel cheap. The chord is flexible and long enough so that you can have freedom of movement. A golden connector is used to prevent sound signal loses. The six foam eartips will make the Yuin PK3 usable for every type of ear.
We used the Yuin PK3 it with our own iPod Touch and enjoyed a variety of musical selections. The earphone delivered great bass, giving a powerful response without any distortion when we selected drum-heavy electronic music and hip-hop. The sound was crisp and there were no distortions even at maximum volume, while being very clear. To tell the truth, we did not expect such high-quality bass from those mid-range earphones.
The Yuin PK3 delivers reasonable performance and good build quality in an attractively designed package. The materials used are of high-quality, in no way do they feel cheap. Costing around 40euros, we would recommend the Yuin PK3 to anyone looking for good mid-range pair of earphones.

Thus we give the Yuin PK3 our Value For Money Award.
